Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

1. Standard Returns

• Return Window: Unsuitable items must be returned within “14 days” of receiving your order.
  

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all original Gentlewench tags attached.

• Inspection: Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly “do not accept returns or exchanges” on the following:

• Cosmetic & beauty products

• Earrings & pierced jewelry

• Lingerie & swimwear

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
